of June, 1959, the village clerk was ditected to prepare a proposed assess9
meat of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Project No: 360, and

1. A public hearing shall be held on the 27th day of July, 1959
in the aouncii chambers of the Richfield Village Ha1i a$ 7~15~ 1'1Ms to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place ail per-
sona owning property affected by such improvement will be given ab ~dp-
portunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The. village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twide in the offi-
cial newspaper at 1e ast two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shaig
state in the notice the total. assessable cost of the improvement in
the mtount of $1071.00.
