NOW THSRBPORE, BB TT RBSOLVBD by the Village council of-the Village of
Richfield ~ follows
1. That the cost of storm sewer construction-from centerline of
72nd St. to centerline of 74th St.; from centerline of 18th Ave• to
west line of -Cedar Ave. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $1071,00, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the pro-
perty benefited thereby.
2. The village clerk shaifi forthwith calcula to the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he sh a1Y file a copy of such proposed assess-
ment in his office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
