WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1891 Passed bq the council on the 22~ daq
of June,. 1959, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Pro3ect No. 351, and
WHBRBAs, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspec-
tion.
NOW THBRBPORB, BB IT RESOLVED bq the Pillage council of the Vilia~;e
a£ Richfield, Minnesota, as f o11ow$~:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 27th day of Juiq, 1959,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Viiiage Hall at ?:15 P,M.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and piece all
persons owning propertq affected bq such improvement will. be given an
opportunitq to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The viilag a clerk is herebq directed to cause a not ice of the
he wring on the proposed assessment to be published ta-ice in the offi-
cial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing! and he shall.
state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in
the amount of $417.40.
