WFIDREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $1840,00.

Richfield as follows:
1. That the cost of sidewalk construction on the south side
of 66th St. from &nerson Ave, to Lake Shore Drive to be specially
assessed is hereby declared to be 20% of tot al cost or X41?.40, and
therefore this sum will be ,assessed against property Benefited there-
by
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess-
able lot,'-piece, or parcel of~land affected without regard to cash
valuata.on, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such pro-
, posed assessment in his office for public inspections
3. The clerk shad notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
