WHBREAS,.`by Resolution No. iggg, x.889 passed by the council on the 22nd
day of June, 1959, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll,, Yii]a ge Pro3ect No. 355
and
~UHBR~, the village clerk has notified the council that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office far pubi~,c
inspection,

of Richfieid~ Minnesota, as follows:
i. A public hearing shall be held on the 27th day of July, 1959,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hali at 7:15 P.M.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such impravesr~ent will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement,
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twide in the offi-
cial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,. and he shall.
state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in
the amount of $3369.00.
