RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDEI-cING 'REPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 355-2
t~HEREAS, the following construction was performed during
the-year 1958:
Storm Sewer
From 66th Street to 67th Street between 4th
Ave. and 5th Ave.

4~~IEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $1976.75.
v~-IEREAS,.other costs. incurred are $275.25.
NOI~ T:tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvEI~ By .the village Council of the
Village of Richfield as followso
1. The -cost of construction of the storm sewer from
66th, Street to 67th Street between 4th Ave. and 5th Ave.
to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $2253.00,
and therefore that sum will be assessed against the property
benefited thereby.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the
proper amount to be specially .assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he s-hall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his off ice for public inspection.
3. The -clerk shall notify the council upon completion
of such proposed assessment.

this 22nd day of June, 1959.
