t+VHERBAS, the following construction was performed during the .year 1958s
Storm Sewer
From 66th St. to 67th Ste between 2nd Ave, and 3rd Avee
1Ai~ffiRBAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $960.00 and
~JHHItBAS, other costs incurred are $156.00.
NOW TI~RBFORE, I3E IT RB~3LVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
- 1. The costs of thy-.construction of storm sewer from 66th St,
to b7th St. between Znd Ave, and 3rd Ave. to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $1116.00 and therefore that sum wzl be assessed
against the property benefited thereby.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be-specially assessed far such improvement against -every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuatioa~,
as provided by la.w, and he shah fs.le a-copy of such proposed assess-~
went in his office for public inspection,
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
