P~SOLUTION A[JTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
STREET EASE~ICNT AT 76TI~ ANI~ LOGAN
BE IT RES~O~,vE~ By .the village Council of the village.
of Richfield as follows.
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and
expedient to the public health, safety, convenience,
prosperity and general welfare to acquire for street
purposes an easement over the Easterly 30 feet of the
following described tract of land, to wit:
The South Quarter ~~~ of the
Northwest Quarter ~~ of the
Southwest. Quarter SW~ of Section
33, Township 28, Range 24 except the
i~~Test 1200.1 feet thereof.
~` 2. The owners of said property having agreed to
convey said easement to the village in return for. the pay-
! meet to them of the sum of X300 to reimburse them for the
' cost of removing their garage from the subject property,
it is hereby determined that such offer by the owners is
a fair and reasonable offer and the same is hereby accepted..
3. The mayor, manager, finance officer and attorney
are hereby authorized-and directed to acquire said easement
in accordance with the terms of this resolution and do any
and all acts necessary to give effect to this resoluti-ono.
4. Any sums payable pursuant to the terms of this.
resolution shall be paid out of the ,Street lDepartment Capital
Outlay Account of the General Fund..
5. Budget appropriations for the above sums shall
be transferred from the Contingency Appropriation Account
to the Street ~3epartment Capital Outlay Accounto
