.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF LATERAL SHWSR
#224 ASSESSMENT AGAINST PROPBItTY LCICATBD AT 7201 16~Yt
AVENUE SOUTH
~ It is'hereby determined that the property described as Lot
1~ Block 1, B1der Grove 3rd Addition is not served by Lateral
Sewer #224 and that the as~ssment for same, certified in October,
1954 is improper.

Village of Richfield, Minnesotan

1. Th at'the entice original assessment of Lateral Sewer
#224 on~Lot 1, Block to Bider Grove 3rd Addition, in the amount
of $259.74 is hereby cancelled,
2. That the County Auditor is hereby authorized and directed
to cancel the total unpaid balance, subsequent to current year, in
the amount of $202.02.
3. That the original amount of the special assessments
($259.741 will be refunded to the respective sinking fund by ad
valorem tax.
4. That~the principal and interest payments to date in the
amount of $87,44 be re~'unded to the property owner.
5. That the manager and director of finance are hereby author-~
ized~and directed to put into effect the provisions of this resolu-
t ion.
