ABSOLUTION WAIVII~ INTEREST AND PENALTIES-POR
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTu ON CHURC4i PROPERTY
W1~REA5, Prom time to time the Village of Richf ield has levied
special assessments hereinaf ter described against properties belonging to
the Church of St, Richard by reason of public improvements, and
Wf~18REA5, Through inadvertance such special assessments had not been
paid by the Church from 1953 through 1956 and are due the Village of
Richf ie id, and
WkIERBAS, Interest and penalties have since been added to ~ ch unpaid
assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Viila,ge Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1.. That the special assessments on the property as described below
will be paid to the Village of Richfield:
