WHERBAS, a contract in the amount of $7200.00 has been awarded for plant-
ing of boulevard trees, and
~IT3ERBA3, no provision has been made in the 1959 budget for this program,
NOW THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That an appropriated amount of $7200.00 be transferred
from the contingency appropriation account to the street
department Capital Outlay account of the Genera]: Fund.
2. That the manager and director of finance are hereby aa:thor-
ized and directed to bring into effect the provisions of this
resolution,
