RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEb1ENT t~ITH THE
1~EETI~OAOLITAN AIi3PORTS ~Or~IISSION
Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of
~tichf field , i~iinne so ta, as follows
1. A proposed lease agreement between the Minneapolis-St.Paul
Airports Commission and the Village of Richf field relating
to the use of property of the Aletropo].itan Airports Com-
mission .for recreational purposes is hereby given Clerk's
File No. 5377-~A , and is ordered placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public health, safety, convenience, prosperity, and
public- welfare of the Village of ifiichfield t® enter into
said agreement and the i~iayor, Alanager, and .Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such agreement for and .•
on behalf of the Village.
3. The Village A~~ayor, Manager, and Clerk are authorized to
execute a deed of conveyance to prape rtie s therein des crib ed
which are now o~,rned by the Village of Richfield to give
effect.to the provisions of such an agreement.
4. The Village .Manager and Finance Officer are hereby .authorized
and directed to twice such steps as to give effect to the
provisions of such agreement.
