REFERENCE TO THE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT AS DESIGNATED IN RE90LUTION N0. (791, AND THIS
REPORT WAS RECEIVED BY THE COUNCIL ON MARCH 23RD, 1959.

1. THAT THE COUNCIL CONSIDER THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE DISTRICT HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
IN ACCORDANCE WITW THE REPORT AND THE ASSESSMENT OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN THE DISTRICT
INCLUDED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED BOUNDARY LINE TO-WIT:

2. A PUBLIC WEARING SHALL BE HELD ON SUCW PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT ON THE 13TH DAY OF
APRIL 1959, iN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE VILLAGE HALL A7 7:15 P.M. AND THE CLERK
SHALL GIVE PUBLISHED NOTICE OF HEARING AND IMPROVEMENT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
