INITIAL RESOLUTION POR THE ISSUANCB OF GENBRAL OBLIGA-
TION BONDS ANb CAtI.ING AN EL~3CTION DESIGNATING POLLING
PLACES AND APPOINTING JU1XiES OF ELECTION
BE iT RESOLVED By the Village CounciY of the Village of Richfield, Minne-~
sots, as follows: ,
1. The village cound~:1 of the Village of Richfield has heretofore
determined and does hereby find and declare that it is necessary and
expedient for the village to make improvements of the park system of the
village and to provide money therefor by the issuance of the negotiable
coupon bonds of the viiiage in the amount of not to exceed $130,.000.00
as authorized by Chapter 4y5, Minnesota Statues.
Z. The question of issuing bonds for such purpose shall be sub-
mitted to the voters of the ~billage at a special election whieh is hereby
called to be held an April 7r 1959, and the village clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to cause notice of said election to b e given by posting '
notice at least ten C10) days prior to the date of said election in three
C3) public places in the viilag~ and by publishing said notice at least
one (1) week prior to said date, in the official newspaper of the village.
3. The clerk shall cause suitable ballots to be prepared for said
election in substantially the following foxmp
