BE IT t2ESOLVED BY Tt-~ VTLL4GE COUNCIL of the Village of Richfidld,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the revenues available to the
Village of Richfield for the year 1959 will exceed the revenues which
were anticip<'+.ted at the time of the formulation of the 1959 budget.
2. Such increased revenue resulted from a budget surplus for
the year 1958, which surplus arose out of greater revenue than
anticipated and less expenditures than appropriated for the year
1958.
3. That by reason of such 1958 budget surplus there is avail-
able as increased revenue for the year 1959, the sum of $33,000.00.
4. The sum of $33,000.00 is therefore appropriated to the
Street Department Capital Out lay account of the General Fund for the
purchase of traffic signals.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
