RESOLUTION NO, ~ 197 ,.
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT
PROM CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION OP THE GENERAL FUND
TO THE PARK FUND
WHEREAS, Budget estimates submitted by the Richfield Recreational
Department of Independent Schoo3~ District #280 were insufficient to
cover the salaries in maintaining skating rinks for the 1958-59 season;
and
WHBREAS?,_The Village is contributing 43% of the additional needs,
NOW THERBFC~tE,. BE IT RESOLVBD By ,the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows :.
1,, That the amount of $1300.00 be transferred from the
Cont~i.ngency Appropriation of the General Pund.
Z. That said amount is hereby appropriated in the Park
Fund for part time salaries
3, That the manager and director of finance are hereby author-
i~ed and directed to do all things necessary to bring into
effect the provisions of this reso Lution.
