RESOLUTION AU'I~iORTZING TRANSPBR OP APPROPRIATION
' PROM L,ONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION OP THE GENERAL PUND
TO ELECTIONS AND POLICE DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, actual expenditures wi11 exceed 1958 budget estimates
in elections and police department,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That appropriations be transferred from contingency to the
election and police departments respectively as follows:
Elections $ 935.00
Folice Department 1600.00
Z. That the Director of Pinance is hereby authorized and direct8d
to bring into effect the provisions of this resolution.
Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 8th day of
December, 1958.
