sand and bituminous surface the top of a ditch ixi the street in front of
6715 Oakland Terrace, Richfield, and
WHEREAS, such wank was not performed by Madsen Plumbing Company, anti
1ni~REAS, this work was done by the Village of Richfield, Street
Division, ~-nd completed on October 1?, 1958
NOni THEREFORE BE ,IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, M~.nnesota, es follows;
1. That the sum of X50.00 deposited by Madsen Plumbing Compa~r,
Spring Park, Minnesota, Receipt #1616, dated August 25, 1958, is hereby
declared to be forfeited and that the aforesaid sum be traaefnaered from
Trust and Escrow Fund to Village Project No. 347 Fund and General Fund
as follows;

2: That the Director of Finauoe is hereby authorized to take any and
