iESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT
FROM CONTINGENCY.APPROPRIATTON OF THE GENERAL FUND TO
THE PARK FUND,
WHEREAS bids were awarded September 22, 1958, for the con-
struction of~two portable warming houses, and
WHEREAS, no provision has heretofore been made in the 1958
Budget Park Fund for financing same,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village- ~of Richf field as follows:
1. -That the amount of $2,790.00 be transferred from the
~~ contingency appropriation of the General Fund. .
2. That said amount is hereby appropriated n the Park Fund
for construction of two portable warming ~ouses.
3. That the Manager: and Director of Finance are 'he'reby
authorize. and directed to do all things necessary to
bring into_effect.the provisions of this resolution.
