RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROI~i CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION
OF THE GENERAL FUND TO SUPPLEMENT APPROPRIATION OF THE
1958 BUDGET OF CE:2TAIN DEPARTMENTS.
WHEREAS, actual expenditures have exceeded estimated 1958
budget expenditures in the Mayor-Council,. Clerk-Treasurer, and
Legal Departments, aiad ..
WHEREAS, additional expenditures are anticipated in the
fourth quarter of ~~this year,
NOW TtIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That the anticipated additional expenditures of $?00.00
in the Mayor-Council Department, $3,500.00 in the Legal Department,
$400.00 in the Clerk-Treasurer Department, and $400.00 Capital
Outlay - Street Department, be cove red: by an appropriation trans-
fer from contingency appropriation.
2. That the Manager and Director of Finance-are hereby auth-
orized and directed to do all things necessary to bring into
effect the provisions of this resolution.
