WHEREAS, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF TWE COUNCIL ADOPTED ON THE,-$TH DAY OF OCTOBER,
1958, A REPORT HAS BEEN PREPARED BY ORR-SCWELEN, INC. (CONSULTING ENGINEERS), WITH REF-
ERENCE TO THE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT AS DESIGNATED IN RESOLUTION N0. 5148w AND THIS
REPORT WAS RECEIVED BY THE COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 13TH, 1958.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD,
