WHEREAS, MR. DONALD C. PAULING HAD AN OFF`~STREET PARKING AGREEMENT WITH
THIS VILLAGE RELATING TO 7727 5TH AVENUE SOUTH, WHIGH CONTRACT BEARS THE
DESIGNATION OF CONTRACT NO. 385, AND WHICH CONTRACT WAS GUARANTEED BY A
80N0 OF THE UNITED PAC1FtC INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE SUM OF $1,000.00, AND
t~HEREAS, SA10 MR. DONALD C. PAULING HAS SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLIED WITH
THE PROV18{DNS OF 9AtD AGREEMENT AND THE UNITED PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY
NOW SEEKS TO 6E RELIEVED OF ANY FURTHER OBLIGATION UNDER SAID BONG, ANO
WHEREAS, THERE APPEARS TO BE NO JUSTIFICATION FOR REQUIRING SA10
MR. DONALD C. PAULING TO CONTINUE TO PROVtOE A BOND FOR SECURITY ON THE
PERFORMANCE OF SAID AGREEMENT.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCtL OF THE VILLAGE
OF RICHE{ELO, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT THE VILLAGE MANAGER IS HEREBY AUTWORIZEO AND DIRECTED TO RE-
LEASE THE UNITED PACIFtC (NSURANCE COMPANY FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL
ACTS OF MR. DONALD C. PAULING COMMITTED OR INCURRED {N VIOLATION OF SAID
CONTRACT N0. 385 ON AND AFTER THE 13TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1958.
ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD THIS 13TH
