as follows:
1, That it is hereby d'e~tiermtie~d -that the bid bf tae Great Western

a responsible bidder for the ~COrist'r~tFton of Vi~.lage Project No. 361,

the construction "bf Village Project Noy '3'frl. en, ~. base bid as con-
tained in their proposal_ of October lti; x.'958, w~.th- an estimated con-
struction cost of $15,7?.•OOS~ is hereby accepted

behalf of the Village of Richfield., and the Village Clerk is authorized
and directed to affix the Village seal thereto.
4. That payments to be made under the terms of said contract
shall be charged against the Gen~e.ra1 Fungi "out of monies hereby appro-
priated and transferred from surplus funi~s of the Liquor Store Fund..
