RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND Si'ECIFICATTONS AND AUTHOR-
I~.ING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON AN ADDITION TO VILL!1GE HALL
POLICE DEPARTMENT UNIT.:
WHEREAS, this Council has by previous action ordered the prepar-
ation of architectural plans and specif ications for an addition to
Village Hall Police Department unit, such plans and specif ications to
be prepared by the architectural firm of Bergste~dt ~ Hirsch, and
WHEREAS, said architects have prepared plans and specifications
permitting the taking of bids for construction of same, and
WffEREAS, all. of the above mentioned plans and specifications
have been submitted to this council for approval,
NOW TtiEi~EFO~t~. BE TT 13ESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the above mentioned archit ectural plans -and spe cifica-
tions are hereby given.Clerk's File No. 5122' , are ordered to
be placed on file and are hereby approved.
2. That sealed bids be advertised for to be received by the
Village Council .until 11:00 a.m. on the 10t~i~d~ay of October 1958, at
which. time b-ids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Village
Manager, on all of the labor and materials provided fob in such plans
and specif ications. .
3. That said bids will be tabulated and submitted to the council
for consideration at B:OO p.m. on the 13th day of October, 1958.
4. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise for bids for said labor and materials in the legal news-
paper as required by law, and also in the Construction Bulletin.
