WHEREAS, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL ADOPTED ON THE IITH DAY OF AUC~ ST,
1958, A REPORT HAS BEEN PREPARED BY ORR-SCHELEN, INC., (CONSULTING ENGINEERS) WITH
REFERENCE TO THE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT AS DESIGNATED IN RESOLUTION N0. 1628, AND
THIS REPORT WAS RECEIVED BY THE COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 22, 1958.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF 7HE VILLAGE OF RtCHF1ELD,

SHALL GIVE PUBLISHED NOTICE OF HEARING AND IMPROVEMENT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
