RBSOLUTION NO. 1662
RE3'OLUTION ADOPTING ASSES5MENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 341••D,
341-B, 341-F, 341-G
BE IT RE30LVED by'the Village Council of the Village of ~tichfield, Hennepin
County Minnesota, as follows:
'1.. That the Village Clerk has, with the as~istance{of the Village engi-
neer, calculated the proper an ounts to be assessed for the construction of
Village Project No. 341-D, 341-E, 341-P and .341-~G'GOnsisting of street and
alley graading against every assessable lot,. piece,, or patce~. of land specially
benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of law,. and the proposed
assessment so made up was filed with the Village Clerk f`or more than iS days
prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all .
times during said perm.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore
duly held as required by iaw~so that this council could meet and pass upon
the proposed assessment.
3. That an opportufiity has'been given to all interested. persons to
present their objections, if an~a, to such proposed assessment or to any item
thereof at sand public hearing.
4. That the'viilage council has" heretofore duly established Village
Project Nb. 341-D,.341-*S,. 341, 341-G, and after carefully"considering all
the facts,, the benefits to each lot„ piece or parcel `of land and fully ad-
visiiag itself in the premises,'has found and determined and hereby declares
that each and every iota piece,, or parcel of land included in said proposed
assessment roil w~.s improved by'reason of the construction of said Viiiage
Project l~To. 341••D,, 341 B, 341,. 341-G and has been and is specially benefited
in the amour set out in said proposed assessment roil opposite each such lot,.
-piece or parcel of land.
5. The proposed assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, and confirmed
the the sums fixed and :lamed in said"proposed assessment,are affirmed,, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for~each of said lots, pieces,
or parcels of land resp~ctiveiyp and said amount so set out is hereby levied
against each of .the respective Tots, pieces, or parcels of land therein des-

'b.. Said assessment is hereby affired, adopted, confirmed and shall be
certified by the village clerk and filed in his office,. and shall thereupon
be and constitute the special assessment for said street and alley grading,

~7« The assessment with accruding interest, shall be a lien upon the
property included therein,, concurrent with general taxes,. and shall be
payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 10 years.

The first installment shall be payable on the first Monday in January of
1959.. Ali assessments shall bear interest at the rate of 6~ per annum. To
the first installment shall be added interest'on the entire assessment from
the date of.this resoiutio u tii:,~fecember 31,, 1959. To each subsequent
installment shall be adderfi/~ertieiise year on all unpaid installments.
Ali as~essment~ and interest thereon shall be collected and paid-over
in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
