RESOLUTION NO.. 1661
RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSBSSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT NO« 3418
BE IT RESOLVBD bp'the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin
County„ Minnesota, as Follows:.
1, 'That the Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village'
Engineer, calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction
of Village Project loo. 341=B consisting of street and alley grading against
every assessable lot,, piece, or parcel of land specially benefited thereby
in accordance with the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so
made up was filed with the Village clerk for more than 15 days prior to the
assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all times during
said period.a
2, That notice hats been duly published and a public hearing heretofore
duly held as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon
the proposed assessment,
3, That an opportuftity has'been given to all interested persons to

present their objections, if an~fi, to such proposed assessment or to any
thereof at said public hearing.
4. That the Village council has heretofore duly established Village
.Project No.'341-B, and after carefully considering ail the facts, the benefits

or parcel of land included in said proposed assessment roll was improved by
reason of the construction of said Village Project No. 341-8 and has been

The proposed assessment is hereby affirmedr adoptdd, and confirmed

and the sums faxed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces,
or parcels of land respectivelyA anfl said aM ount so set out is hereby levied
against each of the respective lots, pieces, ar parcels of land therein
described.
6. Said assessment is hereby affim+ed, adopted„ confirmed and shall be
certified by the Village clerk and filed in his officer and shall thereupof~
be and constitute the special assessment for said street and alley grading,
Village Project No. 341-B.
The assessment with accruing interest, shall be'a lien upon the

property included therein„ concurrent with general taxes, and sh ail b e payable
