RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR AUDITING
SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TtiE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF Tt~E VILLAGE OF
RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOt~S:
1. A proposed agreement dated August 25, 1958, between
DROTZNiANN, OLSON ~ CO, and the VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD Provi-
ding for a general audit of tre financial transactions of
the Village far the year ending December 31st, 1958,. is
hereby given Clerk's File No. 503 , and is~ ordered
to be placed on file.
2. Tt is hereby determined that it is ne cesSary and expedient
to the public welfare to. enter into said agreement and the
Mayor, Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to take such steps as may be necessary to execute said.

Manager is hereby authorized to take such further steps as
may be necessary to give effect to the provisions of said
agreement.
3. All sums pursuant to the provisions of said agreement shall
be paid out of such monies as are appropriated annually by
the Village Council and from self-supporting funds.
