RESOLUTION GALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 25,, 1958 ON PROPCUBD
ASSESSMENT FQR STRBBT AND ALLEY GRADII~, VILLAGE PROJF~T
NO. 341
WHEREAS by Resolution Nos. 1606, 160?,'1609, 1510, 1611 and
1612 passed by the village council on July 14t 1958, the village clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of street
and alley grading,. Village Project No. 341, and
WHBREASp the village clerk has heretofore notified the village
council that such proposed assessment has been completed and has; been
filed in his office for public inspection.
N~+l THBRBFORB,'BB IT RESOLVED by the Village council of the
Village of Richfieldr Minnesota, as follows:.
1. 'A public heauring shall be held at 7:30 P.M. on Monday,.
August 25„ 1958, in the counciY chambers of the Viiiage Ha11 to pass
upon such proposed assessment; ar-d at such time amd place ail persons
owning propertq affected by such improvement shall be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2., The village clerk is herebg authorised az~d directed to cause
a notice of such hes~ring to be published twice in the official news'-
papet not less: than two weeks prior to the date of such hearingp and
he shad state in the aotice the total cost of the improvement which
is $2S r 089.69.
