RESOLUTION CALLING HEARIIt~ ON AUGUST 25,, 1958
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMBNT POR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 342'
WHBRBAS, by'Resolution No. 1613 passed by the council on the 14th
day of July,, 1958, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the Assessment Ro11, Village Project No. 342,
and
dJHBRPAS, the village clerk has notified the counciY that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office far
public inspection.
NOW THBRBFORB,'BB IT RFsSOLVED by the Village council of the
Village of Richfield,. Minnesota, as follows.
' ~.. A public hearing shall be held on the 25th day of August,
19S8, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30
a*clock P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at ~ ch time
and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be given an~opportunity to be heard. with reference to such im-
provement. .
2'. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twide in the
official newspaper at least tti~ weeks prior to the hearings and he
shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improve-
went in the amount of $2,222.38.
