RESOLUTION DECIARII~ COSTS TO BB ASSESSED AND
ORbBRING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED A~S&SSMENT ROLL
FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NOS. 342
WHEREAS,, the following construction was performed during the year 1957
Sidewalk construction on
Bast side of ~Nico~.let Ave. from 66th St,. to 68th St.
West side: of Nicollet Ave. from 62nd Stt ~0 68th St.
WHSf2EA3, contact costs have been paid in the sutra of $8530,19, and
WIIBREAS,. other costs incurred are $2581._72.
NC~i THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by t~ ~vi~'1~ge council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the cast of sidewalk construction on the east side of Nicollet
Ave. between 66th St. and 68th St. and the west side of Nicollet Ave. between
62nd St. and 68th S t. to tie specially assessed is hereby declared to be 20%
of total cost or $z222.38p and therefore this suer wi 11 be assessed against

2. The village c~.erk shall forthwith Falculate the proper amount

office for public inspection.
3. The clerk sh all notify the council upon completion of such pro,,
- posed assessment.
