of Richfield as foilowsa
' 1. The cost of alley grading of block bounded by ?1st St. and ?2nd
St« 2nd Ave. and 3rd Ave. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be 122?.17, and therefore that sum~will be assessed against the property
benefited thereby.
~' 2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be sp~cialiy assessed for such improvement against every assess~.ble lot,..
piece,. parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shaii file a copy of such proposed assessment in
his office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
