tRBAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum oil $593.48,. and
WHBRBAS, other costs incurred are $499.02,.
Now therefore,. be it resolved by the village council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1. The cost of alley grading of block bounded by 71st St. and 72nd
St. and Garfield Ave. acid Lyndaie Ave. to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $1092.50„ and therefore that sung will be 2ssessed against
the property benefited thereby,
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts
to 'be specially assessed for such improvement against everq assessable '
lots p;ece,. or parcel of land affected without regard to aa~i valuation,
as provided bq law,, and he shalt file a copy Qf such proposed. assessment
in his office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
