NOW THSRBFORB, BB IT RESOLVED by the Village council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1. The cost of street grading of Oliver Ave. from 62nd St. to
135' north of both St;~; S~ of 62nd St.,. block east and west of Oliver Ave.;
bard St..,. ~ binck east aril west of Oliver Ave. to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $45?0.07, azai therefore that sump will be assessed
against the property benefited thereby:
2. .The village clerk shall forthwith. calculate 'the. proper amount'
to be'specaily assessed for such improvement against,eve~'y assessbbie lot,
piece,. or patcel of land affected without regar8 to cash valuations as pro-
vided by 1~ and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his
office i~or public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
