RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
~"iCEF~ARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE F'R03ECT
N0. 339
WHEREAS, the Vil~.age Council has heretof ore ordered work done by day
labor for the improvement of all streets and alleys in the Village of
Richfield known as Village Project No. 339, 195? Annual Street Improve-
ment and oiling Program, and
WHEREAS, the net cost of construction of Village Project No. 339 has
been determined to be $165,214.59, and of this cost the Villge of
Richfield will pay $35,337.75 as its share of the cost including its
share as a property owner, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a total of 8?1,531,2
assessable front feet against which the foregoing costs shall be
assessed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
~-cichf field as follows:
1. That the cost of Village Project No. 339 to be specially
assessed is hereby declared to be $129,876.84.
2. That the assessable front feet against which such costs shall
be assessed is hereby declared to be 871,531.2
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared
to be fifteen cents ($0.15)
4. That the village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper
amount to be specially assessed for Village Froje ct No. 339 against
each lot, piece .and parcel of land within. the Village of Richfield
affected, without regard of cash valuation, as provided by law.
5. The Village Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed
assessment, file a copy thereof in his office for public inspection,
and shall notify the Village Council.

day of June,. 1958.
