M$NTARY CONTRACT POR STORM SBWBR NO. 5
BB IT RPSOLV~ By thb Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin Countyb Minnesota as follows:
1. A proposed 1greement entitled "Contract for Construction of
Storm Sewer No. 5" supplementing an agreement betareen Villages
of Bloomington and Richfield dated December 27,. 1955 is hereby
given Clerk's Pile No. 49b4 and ordered to be pieced on file.
2• It'is hereby determined to be expedient to the public health*
safetq~ prosperitgp convenience and general welfare for the
Village of Richfield to enter into said agreement so as to pro-
vide an outlet for stoma waters through the storm sewer system of
the Village of Bloomington.
3. The Mayorp Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
Village of Richfield.
4. A11 sums to be paid pursuant to the provisions of said agree-
ment shall be paid out of the proceeds of a bond issue to be
issued for the financing of Storm Sewer Project No. 348.
