RESOLUTIOR RELATING TO MUTUAL FIltE r~tOTECTION
AGREEMENT WITH 2465TH AIK FORCE BASE
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richf fie ld,
Hennepin County, Hlinnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement between the V~.llage o~ Richfield
and the Secretary of the Air Force of the United States of
America, providing for mutual fire protection between the Village
of Richfield and the 2465th Air Force Base, is hereby given
Clerk's File No. C-4963 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient
to the public health, safety and general welfare to enter into
said proposed agreement, and the Mayor, Manager and Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the Village of Richf field.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richf field this
26th day of May, 1958.
