CONTRIBUTED TO SAID COMMITTEE, RELATIVE TO AN OPBRATM
ING SURPLUS OP SAID COMMITTEE
BB IT RESOLVBD By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County„ Minnesota as follows:
1. The proposed agreement entitled. "Agreement Between the
Rural Hehnepin County Surplus Commodity Committee,. and
Villages„ Towns,. and Cities which Organized and Contributed
to said Committee, $elative to mz Operating Surplus of said
Committee," is hereby given Clerk's Pile No. :~~3b~ and
ordered to be placed on file.
Z. It' is hereY~y Bete m~~rred~ to be expedient to the public
health,, safety prosperity,, convenience and general welfare
for the Village of Richf field to enter into said agreement
relative to the distribution of an operating surplus of the
Aura3 Hennepin County Surplus Commodity Committee.
3. Said agreement is hereby approved and adopted and the
Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
execute smid agreement for and on behalf of the Vi1la:ge of
Richfield.
Passed by-the Council of the Village of Richfield this 26th day of May,
1958.
