ABSOLUTION CONSIDERING IT IMPAOVTDBNI'
TO ANNEX CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINN.
RESOLVBUg that the Courici~Y of the Village of Richfield consi-
ders it improvident to further consider the matter of annexa-
tion of the City of Minneapolis by the Village of Richfield,
for the reason,. among others that it appears such a move
might well resu it in an unfavarabie ratio of liabilities to
assets for the Village, and it is the feeling of the Council
that the govesn3.ng body of the City of Minneapolis should be
informed of our decision pramptiy in order that they may pro-+
Geed post haste with some other solution to their problems.
