N0. 4951 ~ 8E PLACED ON FILE ANO THAT THE MAYOR AND MANAGER BE AUTHOR-
IZED TO 81QN 9AID CONTRACT AND THE CLERK BE AUTHORIZED TO SEAL THE SAME FOR AND
ON BEHALF OF THIS VILLAGE.
3. THAT THE OFF-STREET PARKINQ OPERATORS BOND FOR PERFORMANCE OF TWE
CONDITION OF SAID OFF-STREET PARKINQ CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED
($500.00 DOlLAR8 ON WHICH THE ST. PAUL FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY,
APPEARS A9 SURETY, iS HEREBY APPROVED.
4. THAT RESPONSIBILITY FOR TWE PROPER UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID
OFF-STREET PARKINQ LOT SHALL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFF-STREET
PARKINQ LOT OPERATOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE N0. 2.09.
