BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement between the State of Minnesota and
the Village of Richf field providing for the installation of traffic
control signals by the State of Minnesota at the intersection of
Federal Aid Interstate #394 and 66th Street and providing for
the maintenance of said signals by the Village of Richf field is
hereby given Clerk's File No. 4950 and is ordered to be
placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient
to the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare
to enter into said agreement, and the Mayor, Manager and ,Clerk
are he reby authorized and directed to executs said agreement
for and on behalf of the Village..
Adopted by the Village Cauncil of the Village of Richfield this
12th day of May, 1958.
