RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EASEMENT AGREEMENT,
66TH STREET AND GRAHAM AVENUE
1. Apropos@d agreement dated April 14! 1958 between Land 0'
Lakes Creameries,, Inc.,. Bridgeman Creamery Division and the Village
of Richfield is herebq given Clerk's File No. 491? and ordered tv
be placed on file.
2. Said agreement is herebq determined to be a fair and reason-
able agreement and the same is hereby accepted.
3. Tt is herby detetmined to be necessary and expedient to
the public healthp safety,, convenience and general welfare to ~c-
quire the easement referred to in said agreement and the Mayor=
Manager and Clerk are therefore authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield,
4. The Mayor„ Manager,. Pinan ce Officer and Attorney are hereby
authorized and directed to take such steps as map be necessary to
perform said agreement on behalf of the Village of Richfield.
5. Ail sums which may be payable and all expenses incident to.
the acquisition of said easement shall be paid out of and charged
against the Capital Outlay Account of the General Fund, such appro-
priations to be transferred from the Contingency-Appropriations
to the Capital Outlay Account of the General Fund.
Passed by the'viilage council of the Village of Richfield this
