pin County Minnesota,. as follows:
1. A petition by more than SO resident voters of this village,
relating to a ~pecia~ election on the issuance of bonds for municipal
swimming pools., i+s hereby given Clerk's file No. C-4916 and is ordered
to be placed on file.
' 2. It is hereby determined that said petitionp made pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes,, Section 212.3? is a valid petition,, conforming to
the requirements of said statutes
3, In compliance with said petition it is hereby determined that
at the'special village election heretofore called by this council for
May 2?,, 1958 the additional question so'petitioned for shall also be
submitted to the voters of this viiiage~ and the clerk is hereby author-
