The village council of the Village of Richfield has heretpfoi~e; .de- termined and does hereby find and declare that it is necessary and expedient for the village to make improvements; of the park system of the village and:: to provide money therefor by the issuance of tTie negotiable coupon bonds. of the'viliage in the amount of not to exceed $90,,000 as authorized by Chapter 475,. Minnesota Statues.., 2. The questions of issuing bonds for such purposes shall be sub= witted to the voters of the village at a special election which is hereby called to be held on May 27th, 1958 and the village clerk is hereby author- ized and directed to cause notice o£ said election to be given by post3.ng notice at least ten C10) days prior to the date of said election in three C3) public pieces in the village and by publishing said notice at least one (1) week prior to said dates in the official newspaper of the viilage~ 3.
