RESOLUTION AUTHORISING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH MOBILE
RADIO ENGINEERING, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as followss
1. A proposed contract between the Village of Richfield
and Mobile Radio Engineering, Inc. is hereby given Clerk's
File No. 4912 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and desirable
for the Yi1la,ge of Richfield to enter into said agreement and
the Mayor, Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute copies of said agreement for and on behalf of the
Village of Richfield.
3. A11 sums payable pursuant to the provisions of said
contract shall be paid out of the Capital Outlay Account of
the General Fund.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Pillage of Richfield
this 14th day of April, 1958.
