of Richfield as follows:

be closed to surplus:

2. That the following esti~.ted revenue balances of the 1957
budget be closed to surplus,

transferred to the Park Pund to cover the overexpanded balance ,of $1902.40.
4. That the Director of Finance be authorized and directed to do
