RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX
FORFEITED LANDS FOR PARK PURPOSES - 67TH AND JAMES AVENUE
SOUTH
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin
County, Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be expedient to the public health,
safety, convenience, prosperity and general welf are to acquire for park
purposes the following described lots or parcels of land in the Village
of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota:

Commencing at a point in the west line of east z of NE4
of SW4 distant 216 feet south from NW corner thereof; thence
east to west line of Bartholomew Addition; thence south to the
SW corner of said addition; thence continuing south along the

2. Said lands being tax delinnuent an application for a conveyance
of said lands to the Village of Richfield by the Commissioner of Taxation
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01 in accordance with Depart-
ment of Taxation form No. 92 is hereby authorized.
3. The Mayor, Manager, Clerk and Attorney are hereby authorized to
take such steps as may be necessary to effect such application in accor-
dan ce with the law.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 10th day
of March, 1958.
