RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR
CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS FOR
STREET PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Itichf field,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be expedient to the publie
health, safety, convenience, prosperity and general welfare to ac-
quire for street purposes the following described lots or parcels
of land in the Village of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota:
The south 33 feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW~)
of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW4) of the Southwest Quarter (SWa), Section 2b, Township
28, Range 24;
The east 60 feet of the west 690 5/10 feet of :the
South Quarter (S4) of the west 40 acres of Government Lot
6, Section 34, Township 28, Range 24;
Lots 35, 3? and 38, Auditor's Subdivision Number 340,
Hennepin County, Minnesota
2. Said lands being tax delinquent an application for a con-
veyance of said lands to the Village of Richfield by the Commissioner
of Taxation pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01 in ae~
cordance with Department of Taxation form No. 92 is hereby authorized R.,
3. The Mayor,. Manager, Clerk and Attorney are hereby authorized
to take such steps as may be necessary to effect such application
in accordance with the law.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
10th day of March, 1958.
