R&SOLUTION AUTHORIZII~ CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN
PR0PERTIFS FOR PARK PURP(1SFS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield„ Hennepin
Countyn Minnesota as follows:
1. Tt'is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public heaith~ safety,, prosperity„ convenience and general welfare to
acquire for public purposes and particularly for park purposes,. the fo1M
lowing described tracts of i~nd in the Village of Richf ie1dA,County of
Hennepin State of Minnesota,, to wit:
Lots One CI), Two (2),, Thtee t3)D Pour C4), Five (5), Six
~~+?,. S@ven {?), Eight (8), Block One {1) and also Outiots
One (i) and Two {2), Hippe*s Lakeview Terrace„ according
to the plat thereof ott f lie or of record in the off ice of
the Register of Deeds,, Hennepin Countyb Minnesota
Lots Five (5)a Six {6)p Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19),
Twenty (20) and Twe~ity-one (21), Block Twelve (12), Tingdale
F3ros« Lincoln Hills, according to the plat thereof bn file
or of record in'the offic ~ of the Register of Deeds,
Hennepin Countya Minnesota.
2. The Yiiiage Manager„ Mayor,. Finance Officer and Attorney are
hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as map be necessary to
acquire the premises above described by eminent domain proceedings.
3. The costs and expenses of such proceedings shall be charged
initially against the park fund to be covered by permanent transfer of
funds €rom surplus monies~of the Liquor Store Fund.
