RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE NORTH 330 FEET OF THE WEST HALF OF LOT TWE~,VE X12), RICHFIELD GARDENS BE IT RFSpLVED By the Tillage Council of i~ie V~.llage of R~.chfield, Heane~ip County, Minnesota, as f ollows~ 1. That it~is p~ecessary and expedient to the public health, safety, convenience and. general welfape to acquire the following described tract o~ land, to wit: = The North 330 feet of the West half of dot Twelve (12), Ri.chf field Gardens, according to the plat - thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, 2. The offer of the owners of said prem~fses to sell the same to the village for the sum of $9500 is hereby det±e~rmined t© be a fair and reasonable offer and the same is hereby accepted. 3. The Mayor, Manager, Finance Off icier and Attorn~~ are hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as~may be neces- sary on behalf of the village to effect such purchase,, 4. The cost of such land and any costs or expenses incurred in connection with the acquisition thereof shall be charged against the ~95~ York Improvement Fund.
